Our Range of Services

How we Work

Easton Maudit

Our residential and supported living care home is registered with the Care Quality Commission and are regulated under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities)  Regulations 2014 and as such are regularly visited by local CQC inspectors.

Our principal aim is to provide services that best meet the need of individuals within the community in which adults can be assisted to reach their full potential and to live happy, meaningful lives.

We have a number of high level objectives which remain constant and which form the essential elements of our principal aim. These objectives are to:

  • Provide consistent, reliable, good quality affordable care and support and ensure that the Oakfield name becomes synonymous in Northamptonshire with the provision of expert high-quality care and support in specific areas.
  • Be known as a good place to work, with a healthy work culture that recognises and rewards success and supports team members development.
  • Improve the environments from which we operate.
  • Develop constructive relationships with our local communities, voluntary organisations, health housing and social care to enable the people we support to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.
  • Achieve sustainable growth over the medium term.
  • To focus our development on:
  1. Increasing our Supporting Living Services located in smaller communities that provide access to the countryside.
  2. Expanding our support into day opportunities that develop people’s relationships with the wider community.
  • Achieve sufficient operating surplus to invest in the growth and sustainability of the charity and continually improve what we do.

Reaching Independence

Oakfield Community have been providing a specialised supported living service since 2016, at which time we opened Oakfield Yardley Hastings.

People living in our properties own their own tenancy and we provide personal care and support.  We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of care and support in specially-designed individual properties, with the additional of communal areas for people to share and socialise.  We offer independence, privacy and social opportunities.

How, Where and When

Oakfield Community is here to help, sign post and make the move to independent living as easy as possible.

Oakfield Community understands that finding the right place for loved ones is not easy, but here at Oakfield we will help individuals, their families and friends wherever possible. There are many of organisations that offer support for people who have learning disabilities and their families. Please click the below button for more information:
